These terms apply to the public Hyper Mind Tech website, inquiries, and use of the local POP product configurator. Client services, orders, payments, and configured products are also subject to the proposal, order confirmation, or service agreement accepted by the customer.
Informational purpose
The website describes our services and provides general information. It is not a binding offer, guarantee, or professional legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
Acceptable use
You may browse and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a harmful manner, or use its content to misrepresent an affiliation with Hyper Mind Tech.
Intellectual property
The Hyper Mind Tech name, branding, website design, written content, and original visual assets are protected to the extent allowed by law. No ownership rights are transferred by allowing access to this website.
Services
Website Development, AI Chatbots, and AI Voice Agents are scoped for each client. Deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fees, acceptance, support, data access, integrations, and cancellation terms must be defined in the applicable written proposal or service agreement. Website descriptions are general and do not guarantee a particular business result or an unsupported capability.
POP products and NFC functionality
POP products use NFC technology to open the digital destination configured for the customer when used with a compatible NFC-enabled device. Device settings, device compatibility, network access, the configured destination, and third-party platform availability can affect the interaction. POP products do not guarantee reviews, followers, leads, or other outcomes.
Product configuration and orders
Product destination, quantity, color, placement, and compatibility details should be reviewed before programming or use. The website configurator is a local planning interface and does not currently complete an online order or payment. A purchase or configuration is not accepted merely because selections were saved in the browser.
Payments and refunds
Payment method, schedule, and order acceptance are established through the applicable written agreement or confirmed purchase process. Refund and return eligibility is described in the Refund & Return Policy and any controlling written terms.
Third-party services and destinations
Telephone, email, hosting, analytics, payment processing when applicable to an accepted transaction, AI or communications integrations, and destinations such as Google or Instagram may be subject to separate third-party terms. Hyper Mind Tech does not control the availability, policies, or content of third-party services.
No warranty for website availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every statement will remain current indefinitely.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the website or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
